From Drawing to Production — How Our Custom Process Works

Every project is different, but the sequence rarely changes. Knowing what happens at each step makes it easier to plan your launch date.

1. Brief

   Send a drawing, CAD file, reference photo or a physical sample, plus target size, quantity, destination and deadline. If you only have an idea, tell us the use case and we will suggest options. Minimum order is from 1 piece.

2. Feasibility & quotation

   We come back with material and process options, what is and is not achievable at your budget, and a quotation — normally within 24 hours on business days.

3. Drawing / 3D confirmation

   We prepare production drawings or a 3D model for your written approval. Nothing goes to tooling or fabrication before you sign off.

4. Sampling

   Sampling takes around 15 days. You get photos and video, and a physical sample on request. Revisions are expected — we would rather change it now than after production.

5. Production & QC

   We inspect dimensions, finish and colour against the approved sample, and share QC photos before packing. Production lead time is confirmed with your quotation, since tooling and finishing vary widely by project.

6. Packing & delivery

   Export-standard packing, with crating for oversized display pieces. Sea, air or courier by your preference, with documents prepared for your customs broker.
