Factice Perfume Bottle Manufacturer — Scale-Accurate, Oversized Replicas

A factice perfume bottle is an oversized, non-functional replica of a real bottle, built for display rather than for filling. Retailers use them in windows and on counters; perfume houses use them at launches, exhibitions, malls and in photography. We build them from your CAD file, technical drawing or a physical bottle.

Middle East projects

Fragrance houses across the Gulf use scaled perfume bottle models as the centrepiece of boutique and mall displays. We build to that brief regularly — including tall, high-gloss pieces that need to look flawless under retail lighting and survive repeated handling.

Getting the proportions right

Scaling up is where cheap replicas fail: wall thickness reads wrong, curves flatten and caps look toy-like. We rebuild the geometry from your source data and review it with you before any surface work begins.

Packing and shipping

Oversized display pieces are crated to survive freight. Tell us the destination and we will advise on crating, sea or air options and lead time. Large pieces can be built in modular sections when your route or venue requires it.

Featured example — 40 cm factice perfume bottle, gold-plated horse head cap

40 cm factice perfume bottle display model in frosted translucent blue acrylic with a gold-plated horse head cap

This 40 cm factice perfume bottle was built for a window display and pop-up store programme: a frosted, translucent acrylic body paired with a gold-plated horse head cap in resin, finished in a luxury style and freestanding at 5 kg so it holds its position under retail lighting.

The piece was produced from the customer's own bottle design — cap geometry, shoulder curve and label position were all matched to the original before finishing. Frosted surface treatment softens the light and keeps the display piece looking premium at close range.

We build from your bottle, drawing or CAD file — the same model can be produced in different heights, finishes and materials to suit windows, counters, exhibitions and brand events.

Featured example — 0.4 m velvet-flocked factice, plated label and sculpted cap

0.4 m factice perfume bottle display model in deep emerald green velvet-flocked fiberglass with a polished gold sculpted cap and a blank gold oval label

A 0.4 m factice that pairs a soft, light-absorbing velvet-flocked body with glossy, light-catching metal details: a 3D sculpted gold cap and a gold-plated label. The contrast between the two finishes is what makes the piece read as luxury at counter distance.

The label is cast and plated, not printed — the relief is in the metal, so it holds its detail and ships blank by default until your mark is authorised. The cap is sculpted and plated separately, then matched to the label against one approved sample.

How the metalwork is made — casting, electroplating and matching the two golds — is walked through in our plated label and sculpted cap article.

Featured example — 1.2 m prism acrylic display model with a hidden LED base

1.2 m transparent prism acrylic perfume bottle display model with a square cap and an illuminated base, shown in a dark retail interior

A clear display piece leaves nothing to cover up, so this 1.2 m prism acrylic bottle was specified the way brand-archive and flagship-window work tends to be: the material is the finish, and every joint, edge and light source has to disappear at close viewing distance.

The model is built as three parts — cap, body and lit base — so each face can be polished and inspected flat before bonding, and so the piece can be shipped, assembled and serviced without handling a single 25 kg block. The cap carries a stainless steel core to give it deliberate weight and a repeatable seat, and the base lighting is remote controlled and hidden, with warm and cool white so it can sit in a boutique interior or a cool department-store hall.

How the bonding, edge work, cap seating and hidden lighting are actually done is written up in our prism acrylic display build notes.

Featured example — 1.0 m gradient factice with a gold-leaf cap and a lit base

Design render of a 1.0 m gradient perfume bottle factice with a gold-leaf cap standing on a programmable RGB base in a boutique setting

A 1.0 m replica of a bottle whose wall twists over its full height, cast in transparent resin. The cap, body and base are built as separate parts, dye is carried in the material rather than sprayed on top, and the programmable RGB base sends light up through the body instead of pooling it at the foot.

The same pattern can be quoted with an opaque composite or opaque resin body where the brief needs a solid colour or a lower shipping weight. The trade is the lit effect: light only travels through a transparent wall.

Overall height1.0 m
Cap / body180 mm cap; 800 mm body, 280 mm W × 150 mm D
MaterialTransparent cast resin body with stainless steel accent trim; opaque composite and opaque resin bodies quoted as options

Why a clear body and an opaque body behave differently on the same drawing is written up in our clear versus opaque build notes.

What a factice bottle model maker actually does

A model maker's job on a factice is not to take a mould off a shelf. It is to rebuild a bottle that already exists at 50–100 mm at 0.4–1.1 m without losing what the eye checks first: the shoulder radius, the thread under the cap, the way the label sits on the curve, and the thickness that reads as glass at the base.

Every piece is made to order in that sense — the drawing is yours, the scale is agreed, and the finish is specified before tooling starts. Where a size we have already built does fit, we will say so and save you the tooling cost. Where it does not, the difference is usually in the wall section and the cap joint rather than in the outline.

If you are comparing approaches before briefing a model maker, ourguide to what a factice bottle is and theprecision reproduction notescover the two decisions that move the cost most.

Factice perfume bottle FAQ

What is a factice perfume bottle?

A factice is an oversized, non-functional replica of a bottle, built for display rather than for filling. Retailers use them in windows and on counters; perfume houses use them at launches, exhibitions, malls and in photography.

Can you replicate any perfume bottle?

We build replicas of bottles you own or are authorised to reproduce. We ask for confirmation of rights before quoting.

How many models can I order?

Minimum order is from 1 piece, so a single display piece is welcome.

Can you work from a physical bottle?

Yes. Send one bottle and we will measure and model from it, or work from your CAD file or technical drawing.

Which sizes do you build?

We regularly build 0.4–1.1 m replicas. Larger pieces for atriums and events are quoted case by case, including crating and freight.

How long does a sample take?

Sampling takes around 15 days, depending on size, material and finish.

Do you work as a factice bottle model maker on one-off pieces?

Yes. Minimum order is from 1 piece, and most first orders are a single piece built to check proportions, finish and cap fit before a larger run.

Is a factice made to order, or can I buy a stock size?

Made to order is the default: we scale from your bottle, CAD file or technical drawing, and the finish is agreed before tooling starts. A stock size is only offered when a previous build genuinely matches — we would rather say so than sell you new tooling.
