What is your minimum order?
Minimum order is from 1 piece — including factice display models, where a single piece is normal work for us. Display props are usually project-based.
Can you work from just a photo?
We can start from a photo, but a CAD file, technical drawing or physical sample gives a far more accurate result — especially for scaled-up models.
How long does sampling take?
around 15 days, depending on complexity and finish.
What are your production lead times?
Confirmed with your quotation. Moulded bottles with new tooling take longer than display pieces, so we quote lead time against your actual specification rather than a generic promise.
How big can a factice model be?
We regularly build 0.4–1.1 m pieces; larger sizes are quoted case by case, including crating and freight.
Which materials do you use for display models?
Acrylic, fiberglass and resin, chosen by size, finish and how the piece will be transported and handled.
Can you replicate a branded bottle?
Only if you own the design or are authorised to reproduce it. We ask for confirmation before quoting.
Will you show our project on your website?
No. We do not publish client names or brand assets. Anything shown on this site is de-identified.
What are your payment terms?
50% deposit, balance before shipment.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide — most projects go to North America, the Middle East, Europe and Australia. Tell us the destination port or address for a freight estimate.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, as standard. We can sign your NDA or provide ours.
Which languages do you work in?
English and Chinese.
